Services & Care
We take care of your watch.
Keep your Watch Water-Resitant
If your watch hasn’t had a check-up or full overhaul in over a year, water resistance may be compromised, putting your timepiece at risk. Ensure you schedule regular maintenance, as water damage resulting from neglecting these checks isn’t covered by the warranty.
Wind It Carefully and Regularly
To keep your watch running smoothly, it's crucial to wind it about 40 times at least once a month. However, avoid winding it while wearing it or over hard surfaces to prevent accidental damage. This simple habit will extend the life of your timepiece.
Handle with Gentle and Care
Maintain the pristine look of your watch by gently brushing it every 2 to 3 months with a soft, dry brush to remove dust and debris. Never use soap or water for cleaning, as moisture can damage delicate internal mechanisms.
