Returning your watch
Would you like to return your Raidillon watch? Here is how to proceed in a few simple steps.
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. This right is guaranteed across all European Union countries.
Before sending your watch back
Please make sure that:
- The watch has not been worn and shows no signs of use
- It is placed back in its original case, with all accessories included (spare strap, manual, warranty certificate)
- The outer packaging is intact

Packing and shipping
Please pack the watch case carefully in a suitable box. A fine timepiece deserves particular care during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if you have kept it.
Ship exclusively by registered mail with declared value, or via a carrier offering insurance appropriate to the value of the item. Please keep your proof of shipment.
