Warranty & Service

Every Raidillon watch is covered by an official 3-year (36-month) international warranty from the date of purchase, provided the watch was purchased from an authorised Raidillon retailer.

What the warranty covers

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defect, including:

  • The movement
  • The hour markers
  • The dial
  • The hands

What the warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear (strap, case, crystal, battery, etc.)
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accident, shock, drop or negligence
  • Water damage where water resistance guidelines have not been followed
  • Any intervention, repair or modification carried out by a non-authorised workshop

Validity conditions

Any warranty claim must be accompanied by:

  • The original warranty documentation
  • Duly completed
  • Issued by an authorised Raidillon retailer

Raidillon reserves the right to refuse any claim not accompanied by the required documents, or concerning a watch purchased from a non-authorised retailer.
