Every Raidillon watch is covered by an official 3-year (36-month) international warranty from the date of purchase, provided the watch was purchased from an authorised Raidillon retailer.
What the warranty covers
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defect, including:
- The movement
- The hour markers
- The dial
- The hands
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear (strap, case, crystal, battery, etc.)
- Damage resulting from misuse, accident, shock, drop or negligence
- Water damage where water resistance guidelines have not been followed
- Any intervention, repair or modification carried out by a non-authorised workshop
Validity conditions
Any warranty claim must be accompanied by:
- The original warranty documentation
- Duly completed
- Issued by an authorised Raidillon retailer
Raidillon reserves the right to refuse any claim not accompanied by the required documents, or concerning a watch purchased from a non-authorised retailer.
